Why we love this Wine
Dolcetto from Piedmonte, or Piemonte, depending on how fancy you feel today. A rare find in Nebbiolo territory, but Francesco Rinaldi has his reasons for preserving this unassuming little hectare of 70’s fine. Naturally fresh and fragrant, we’re celebrating a wedding’s worth of florals, strawberries and dark berries. Fleshier on the palate yet still fine, black fruit, licorice and marzipan shape a captivating Italian.
