Why we love this Wine
Bold personality from the 9th gen producers. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir doing big things via little bubbles. Toasty as, from its colour in the glass to the palate. Apple danish, strawberries and cream, straw and stone. We don’t remember much about ’08, but we’ll drink to it with this exquisite Sometimes memento. A rare find.
