Why we love this Wine
This is fairly hectic in the best possible way. 100% Pinot Noir from a blend of 2009 and 2010, the Saint-Crespin spends over five years on lees. Raspberry tickles the nose while it’s a rush of fleshy plum and mouth-coating stone fruit on the palate for a truly lush Champagne. With viticulture in the blood since 1746, the continued relevance of these Trigny and Eceuil vineyards and their wines is a little awe-inspiring.
