Hilma has us in a chokehold. She's soft and velvety, brimming with blueberries. Stunning structure from two weeks on skins and we can't get enough of the warm vanilla that French oak ageing gives Barbera. Serve with risotto, braisey goodness, or hearty roast veg and settle in for a long, umami-packed finish. Charming stuff.
