Why we love this Wine

Grenache gone Blanc, receiving Champagne treatment at the hands of the Forage Supply Co. fellas. The fruit may be sourced from the Barossa Valley, but it's a far cry from the region's standard styles. Instead, floral aroma has been gently extracted and fermentation has taken this to a very dry place. Saline minerals call to mind olive brine and oyster shells; dare we say it's martini-esque, if a little softer on the finish. All for it.
