Why we love this Wine
From the biodynamic Campo Rotaliano vineyard in Mezzolombardo and made by cult heroes Elizabetta Foradori and Marco Devigili. With lots of time on skins in amphoras from Spain, it shows florals, cherries and peach, with serious lashings of herbal tea and an oxidative swagger. A collaboration of great beauty and a very special Pinot Grigio.
