Elisabetta Foradori is the wonderful woman behind Foradori, one of Italy’s most exciting wineries in the jaw-droppingly beautiful town of Mezzolambardo, tucked away between the towering Dolomites in Trentino. Manzoni Bianco, the offspring of a tryst between Riesling and Pinot Bianco struts its stuff here, all filigreed, bright and stone-fruity delicious with a wonderful texture and gorgeous crystalline clarity throughout its tenure in the mouth.
