Elisabetta Foradori is the wonderful woman behind Foradori, one of Italy’s most exciting wineries in the jaw doppingly beautiful town of town Mezzolambardo tucked away between the towering Dolomites in Trentino. Manzoni Bianco, of the offspring of a tryst between Riesling with Pinot Bianco struts its stuff here, all filigreed, bright and stone-fruity delicious with a wonderful texture and gorgeous crystalline clarity throughout its tenure in the mouth.
