Why we love this Wine
This is a wine that could hold its own at any table; cherries and plums, round but fairly dry, just great, balanced Dolcetto d'Alba. Any cuisine that feature salt, fat and spice will pair. Blueberries, elderberries, dark liquorice. Fermented primarily in stainless steel, with three months in cement tank. The ultimate dinner party guest.
