Can you taste when a winemaker truly loves the country they're cultivating? If not, then we're just hopeless romantics, because a few sips into this perfumed Pinot Noir we were whispering sweet nothings ourselves. Cherries, plums, earth, spice. A floral nose with scaffolded structure. 70% de-stemmed, naturally fermented, 30% whole bunch cluster fermented, pressed to puncheon. If this isn't a liquid love letter to South Gippsland's Leongatha Vineyard, nothing is.
