Why we love this Wine
Bright and crunchy as a fresh apple, this playful Pinot Noir doesn't take itself too seriously. Lifted spice jumps out of the glass, while vibrant blue fruits sidle up more slowly. There's brambly, layered structure with gravelly tannins. With fruit taken from the Balnarring vineyard in the Mornington Peninsula, the 20-year-old vines owe everything to the sandy loam and coffee rock base. And now, we owe them everything too.
