Why we love this Wine
Big yellah. Electric acid, straw yellow with greenish reflections. Plenty of primary fruit freshness, styled dry. A perfect pairing for scallop risotto, cauliflower cheese— anything with abundant richness that allows a lovely linger. Biodynamically farmed Grillo grapes have had perfume coaxed out of them. This is definitely a wine to sniff, sip, and sniff again.
