Why we love this Wine
The FIN boys Jonjo, Oliver and Angus are perched on 10 acres of vineyard in Dixons Creek, Yarra Valley. Big on biodiversity and as they say, minimal fluffing in the cellar. This is 100% Pinot Noir from Yarra Valley. 10 days on skins and 2 months in barrel. Juicy and fruity. Red berries, black cherries, cola and licorice. Fennel flicks and citrus pith. YAY!
