The FIN boys Jonjo, Oliver and Angus are perched on 10 acres of vineyard in Dixons Creek, Yarra Valley. This speedy Gris is using fruit from Sarah Gough of Box Grove Vineyard in Nagambie Lakes of Goulburn Valley. Destemmed for a little time on skins. A little batch of carbonic too. Pressed and put to rest in an even split between old oak and stainless steel. Drinking like a fresh pair of speedo dealers with your holiday party shirt. Juicy strawberries and mandarins, some floral notes and a chalky texture.
