This speedy Gris is using fruit from Sarah Gough of Box Grove Vineyard in Nagambie Lakes of Goulburn Valley. Destemmed for a little time on skins. A little batch of carbonic too. Juicy strawberries and mandarins, some floral notes and a chalky texture.
