Why we love this Wine

Etna wines are so hot right now. From the resonant volcanic soils of Mt Etna on the isle of Sicily comes this crackingly crisp white blend of Carricante (90%), Catarratto, Minnella (10%) from Tenuta di Fessina. Citrusy with pithy lemon and grapefruit notes and hints of mountain herbs, almond paste and fields of white blossom. Flinty and vivid with a crisp, saline twang to the acid profile and a swift cadence across the palate, just the perfect post-beach rehydration therapy.
