Why we love this Wine
Made in the tradition of the Jerez region, in the capable hands of Norwegian owner, Jan Peterson. He delivers bang on brand montillado goodness. Mouth-filling dark chocolate and some caramelised sweetness from American oak finishing dry with balanced acidity. Plenty of honey nougat and raisins with a salted roasty nutty edge shape an elite cheese match or even late afternoon aperitif.
