The Burgs are better. Meursault is the home of white Burgundy of the highest echelon, perfumed, buttery, zesty, all tied in a beautiful bow of balance. Fabien Coche continues his father Alain’s traditional approach, though has extended the harvest period from one week to two, ensuring all fruit is harvested at optimal ripening. Oak influenced. Give us that good wood.
