Why we love this Wine
Putting the bien into Fabien since his takeover in 2005. Fabien Coche knows his way around a vine and a ferment, and this is Bourgogne Blanc with character well beyond its pricetag. Six months in stainless following a stint in foudre keeps freshness, but there's delicate complexity here to love. A total of 16 mo on lees. Citrus, blossom, steely minerals and creamy texture. The wines of Meursault have a reputation for well-balanced richness, and this is that.
