A leading light in Burgundy when it comes to biodynamic viticulture, Eric de Suremain has been working organically since 1996, making wines that are complex and vibrant, with the ability to age impressively too. Velvety layers of fruit here, dark cherry, herb and spice, florals of violet and rose. A glorious amalgamation of red and black fruit. Seductive balance.
