Why we love this Wine
One of those dessert-style PX sherries that people have their ‘ah ha’ moment with. We did. Aged for 25 years to ready-to-drink perfection, it has linear acid that cuts through any apparent sweetness. It’s a sweet wine, but then again, is it? Chocolate and coffee, molasses and tobacco, dates and spice, with mint for the final lift off
