This is a story all about how Eden Valley Syrah met Cabernet in a 60:40 blend. Bottled in October 2023, this is your new world claret— still plenty of depth and richness in the wine, but more lifted and energised. Black fruits and brambly stemminess, pepper and warm spice. More mid-weight than full-bodied, but potent, juicy and beautifully balanced. Fresh fo sho.
