Why we love this Wine
Karel Schaefer and family planted their first vines at Two Mile Hill in November 2017, and this is the second vintage of Pinot Noir from the chocolate brown volcanic soils. Fermented with indigenous yeast, spending time in barrique, then barrel, before finally being racked to stainless for a full winter's maturation. This is Pinot Noir with legs for days: cherry, aromatic bitters, herb n spice. Well worth the squeeze.
