A complex shapeshifter, toing and froing between steely and floral. Fine, chalky tannins slip around juicy cherries and plush mulberries that stain your lips red. Fermented with whole bunches and whole berries, and matured in used oak for 12 months. A dark and sultry Shiraz brimming with black pepper, liquorice, dark chocolate and leather. Hints of cinnamon and hazelnut linger on the palate. A perfumed expression of Blewitt Springs and its sandy soils.
