Why we love this Wine
Do your own thing, it’s way more fun. That’s what Timo Mayer (aka the Doc) reckons anyway - so he fermented whole bunch Cabernet. Ha ha. Ha! All fun and games here. Whole bunch = less oak, and more vibrancy for sure. It’s all heady bay leaf, pepper and florals. Fab. Rolls into more spice, leather and surprising fruit, with a blockbuster finish. Gamechanger.
