Pinot anything by Dr Edge gets an automatic ‘yes please’. This bright Tassie wine is ironically named after ‘dinosaur’ winemaker Peter Dredge, surely the most forward-thinking, innovative fossil to cycle through on our shelves. Powered by palpable Meunier (and 2-ish percent Noir), this unfiltered Pinot is a testament to his youthful, spirited wines. You’re ageless in our eyes, Pete.
