Why we love this Wine
Dr. Edge = Peter Dredge. Lets loose under his own label. A wild nine months on lees and a little barrel time manifests a freestyle Tassie Riesling. Not exactly linear yet walks a thrilling line. Has your go-to citrus but is more funky oxidation, slate, something salty savoury and a dash of textural residual sugar. We’d ‘Doc’ ourselves too if we made it.
