Something a little different that rewards the sampler. This nectar for the gods is a blend of Schonburger and Pinot Gris fruit from the Tamar Valley. Fermented on skins for one week, then it's pressed to old oak casks for two months. Skin contact definitely isn't the only leading characteristic for this distinctive wine. Fresh, bright and singing with tropical fruit and stone fruit.
