What happens when you take organic Chenin Blanc from Yungarra in Yallingup, harvest it by hand, direct press whole bunches into Italian amphora (plus some to New French Oak puncheons and well seasoned barrels)? As you might have guessed from the set-up, our answer is something pretty darn special. Clean, flawless Chenin with interesting textural and aromatic elements. Fruitier than you might expect, and deeply quenching. Sigh-upon-sipping stuff.
