Why we love this Wine
The Germans reckon Kabinett is the perfect wine to drink with breakfast. We reckon they’re right, especially when it comes from a rockstar estate such as Donnhoff. Incredibly pure citrus and white peach fruit, crackling mineral tones, white flowers and some flinty/slatey almost smoky tones flitting about. Off dry with a pitch perfect interplay between fruit sweetness and vivid acidity. Ausgezeichnet!
