So much character from the front label to the drink inside, from a family farming grapes and making wine in Beaujolais for multiple generations. Sylvere Trichard is now seen as the shining light, making Gamay with next-to-no additions. Lively and beautiful stuff with saline minerality you don’t see everywhere.
