Pét Nat Gamay? Be rude not to really. Hang on, it’s biodynamic and sourced entirely from a 8ha parcel in Anse, Beaujolais. Sold. Light and cloudy pink, strawberry and raspberry notes with a face full of fresh laundry. Humble bubbles with personality, disgorged after five months in bottle, made just for yum.
