Why we love this Wine
Dark colour, rich berries, black cherries and bay leaves, it’s a serous and brooding wine but with a concise, linear, mineral kick. Powerful yet poised and precise. Rose petals and liquorice, black cherries and silky tannins. Carbonic maceration for 18 days then concrete and old oak for 10 months. Slippery beauty.
