Why we love this Wine
From one of the largest organic domaines in the Beaujolais, this is the epitome of the area: delicious, joyful, and easy-to-drink Gamay. Serious too. From 70-year-old vines grown on clay and limestone, carbonic, aged in concrete. Lifted and floral, with rose petals and rosemary. Loads of tension and length to keep it interesting.
