Why we love this Wine
From a 2ha plot Domaine Saint-Cyr bought and went about turning to organics in 2017. The super rocky soils create intense and unique wine. The first thing you notice is the perfume. It’s wildly floral. Cherries and chocolate, wild blackberries, spice, and a hint of liquorice. Moreish tart acid on the palate, sandy tannins and lots of depth. So good now, imagine it later.
