Why we love this Wine
Ripened red fruits are the hero in this Rouge Poulsard; lip-staining, well-extracted, a flavour bomb of crunchy spice. Like so many of the wines from Jura, it overdelivers on its price point, even before any aging. There's a floral hibiscus note and a little tanginess at play that make this wine a perfect complement for cheese, though it'll marry up with heartier fare just fine too.
