Why we love this Wine
If you're a lover of Burgundian Pinot Noir, Trousseau may be the cousin you'll come to crave (how taboo). Similarly light of body, Trousseau promises elegant complexity, and this one from neighbouring Jura promises bold aromas of red berries and inkier cherries, with earthy spice character underlying. Strawberries pop fresh and crunchy on the palate, despite time in big oak barrels— a little acid, a lotta fun.
