Why we love this Wine
This is typical Chenin Blanc, which we say as high praise. A cornucopia of green apples, honey, white flowers and creamy quince. A few glasses and you start to hear Dionysus whisper in your ear. There's a little touch of oak texture from the barrel ferment and great minerality. Call us true believers, but this is biodynamically farmed, and we'd argue that's the secret to its potency and purity. Lush.
