Why we love this Wine
You probably haven't tried Pineau D'Aunis (I mean, we don't know you, but...). It's a lesser known grape you'll rarely find outside a northern corner of the Loire Valley. Here it's blended with Pinot Noir and Gamay, making for a charmingly light and bright red with jubey cherries, picnic wine if ever we've known it. Strong accents of white pepper on the finish add a bit of gravitas to what is otherwise a silky scream of a wine— fun and frivolity guaranteed.
