Why we love this Wine
Sancerre, that most elegant of styles, is so much more than 'just' Savvy B donning some elbow length gloves. AOC from the Loire Valley (God's country), this citrussy little number starts out lean and clean. Yet those famously rich Loire soils boast marl and limestone, both of which lend power and complexity to an otherwise 'simple' wine. Swirl it in the glass, or better yet, decant for halfa, and you'll find it gives you more and more. Organic, biodynamic, minimal intervention.
