Why we love this Wine

Clean, classic charm with a little nod to funk outta Guillaume Vrignaud. 30 year old organically farmed Chardy matured on lees in stainless steel delivers white blossom, lemon juice and a whiff of flint in the glass. A full-bodied Chablis, it satisfies with apricot, melon, and more citrus, with a bitta smoke and plenty of mineral length.
