Why we love this Wine
Like a silk slip over some pretty peaches; classic Chablis from Domaine Gueguen, well worth taking the top off. Silky, racy, with beautiful proportions. Orchard fruits and all the signature minerality and salinity to be expected from that Kimmeridgian earth. Domaine Gueguen are big on aromatics and complexity, meticulous in the vineyard as they are in the cellar, and aren't afraid to freshen things up.
