Fresh and clear as snowmelt, this none-too-shab Chablis needs to warm just a little in the glass before it throws off a brilliantly bright bouquet of gardenia, jasmine and zesty grapefruit. Full MLF creaminess and a little texture in the mouth, balance of an acrobat, with fruit taken from a south-east facing plot in Vaillons at 180m altitude.
