Why we love this Wine
Breakfast wine. Aged in tank, on lees, 8 mo. Gravelly minerality. This has been styled a little fleshier, a little more textural than many of Sancerre's classics. Savvy B at its swankiest. Candied citrus, white blossom, crunchy white nectarines. Food-friendly, a little chalky — this is what we want with French toast.
