The wines of Macon never disappoint, but this is a humble hero that stands head and shoulders above the rest. Winemaking team Caroline Gon and Frantz Chagnoleau have a firm hand on the purity, tension and energy that makes for world-class Chardonnay, with judicious use of oak and indigenous yeasts. It's bright and freshly crisp on the approach, with a full spectrum of flavour in the mouth. Think toasted nuts, lime, green apple, and more.
