From two highly-regarded parcels in the Jura region, rich in Jurassic marl and delivering wines of unique minerality and drive. Not going for the oxidative approach here, it’s intensely fresh and lively Savagnin. Sage and chamomile, white fruit and earthy spice. Oily and exotic goodness. An epiphany in the glass, every time.
