Why we love this Wine
Arbois Poulsard of great pedigree, the first vintage of these wines came from vineyards that Domaine du Pélican took over from Jacques Puffeney. So pale in colour, it’s testament to the gentle approach here. All hands off. Elegant and a bit wild, young plums, chalkiness and long tannins. Low in alcohol but delivering so much tension, freshness and polish.
