Why we love this Wine
Naïma and David Didon took over an old farm in Chassey-le-Camp in Côte Chalonnaise to start their own biodynamic property dreams. This drop comes from their 40-year-old vines of Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay on a steep eastern slope. Direct pressed to old barrels for 12 months. Wine of great perfume, aromatics and silky balance.
