From Burgundy’s only village appellation for Aligoté, Naïma and David Didon are onto something here with their biodynamic dream. 40 year old vines from the steep eastern side of the vineyard. Direct pressed to old barrels for 12 months. Great farming and no additions. Clean, classic and natural.
