Why we love this Wine
In south-western Jura, the Domaine de Monbourgeau boasts ten hectares of vines, primarily Savagnin and Chardonnay. Here, the two collide deliciously in a 50-50 blend that's been vinified in stainless. Intensely citrussy, this is a bold white with satisfying nuttiness. The minerals are dialled up, while the oxidative quality shared by many Jura wines is dialled down. And we're dialled in to the fact that it's just delicious.
