Why we love this Wine
L'Etoile means star, and while the wines bear the word for the town in Jura from whence they came, this little drop does shines bright. Powerful and rich, with characteristic hazelnut scent, oxidative sherry-like notes and green apple chirpiness. Aging in 230 litre oak barrels, as well as 600 litre demi muid for 3 to 4 years. This is Jura's Savagnin that taste like baby Vin Jaune!
